Shipping policy

We offer free shipping on all UK orders over £100. For orders under £100, a flat rate shipping fee of £5 will be applied.

All UK Orders are Sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24 service. This service aims to deliver within 1-2 business days after dispatch. We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 -48 working hours however during SALE periods please allow an extra 3-5 working days for your order to be dispatched.

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure all details are correct before checking out, we cannot take responsibility for any errors made by the customer. If items are undeliverable and returned to us, there will be a re delivery fee to send the item back out, should a customer require a refund a refund fee will be deducted.  If a customer chooses to leave their item in a ‘safe place’ and the item goes missing we cannot be held responsible, similarly in the unlikely event an item is wrongly delivered or goes missing an investigation will need to take place which can take up to 30 days. Any issues with delivery will need to be reported to our customer service team within 14 days on vetirclub@gmail.com , we cannot be held responsible for any issues reported to us outside the 14 day period.

All orders placed after 3pm will be dispatched the next working day. All orders placed after 3pm on Friday will be dispatched on Monday. Please note working days are Mon- Fri and exclude any bank holidays.

In the rare event that an item becomes unavailable, a refund will be issued. If multiple items are ordered, the item that is out of stock will be refunded, and the remaining items will be shipped.
